China scholarship process Step by Step

Step 1. Document

  • Complete required Documents for all programs

  • Copy of valid Passport

  • Highest  Academic transcripts and Degree (Notarized copy)

  • A Study Plan minimum 800 words

  • Two Recommendation Letters signed by professor or

  •                                                       associate professor.

  • Physical Examination Form

  • The copy of valid HSK Certificate    ( if available）

  • Research proposal for PhD students

Step 2.  Submission of CSC form

  • Visit China Scholarship Council website Listed below

  • Search Your program and University, at CSC Program web-page

  • Select your University which is best for your higher education

  • Now search your Selected University AGENCY Number

  • Now Again visit CSC website home page for application Online For international

  • Read Instruction carefully and Apply online then file your form.

  • Upload Your documents at online application and Submit it

  • After Submission of Online application Print or save in your computer

Step 3. Submission of University form

  • Now Visit Your selected university.

  • Go to apply online or apply for international student

  • submit your detail carefully at university website

  • now again print out your application which has been submitted at university website

Step 4. Setting up Documents.

  • Now photo copy your all required documents (Two set of documents)

  • Attached with both application forms 1 CSC form which is printed and second University form which is also printed

  • Send your form through any courier service to dispatching authorities.
